Waves Wellness
Harnessing Herbs

Why use herbs?

Practitioners would use medicinal herbs to treat certain illnesses, relieve pain, and improve and maintain one's overall health long before the popularization of new-age Western medicine. Although we may not be as exposed to it nowadays due to our Westernized civilization, practitioners all around the world continue to use these holistic methods to effectively treat their patients.

Simple things, sinus problems, headaches, chronic pain, etc. usually require simple solutions. The use of herbs in your daily life could make a big difference in the way your body feels and functions. The best part is that herbs are safe to use with little to no risks or side effects.

The Waves Wellness Harnessing Herbs series allows the reader to learn about and reference a variety of holistic healing herbs and their uses in Eastern VS Western medicine. This edition covers:

  • Aloe Vera
  • Ashwagandha
  • Astragalus
  • Calendula
  • Chamomile
