Cancellation Policy

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies and our practitioner's time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations not made at least 24 hours in advance will incur a $45 cancellation fee. You may cancel your appointment anytime online or directly via email/phone.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a $45 late fee will be charged.

anytime online or call/email your practitioner directly. It is best to book your appointment 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure open availability.

 

All Groupon/Living Social clients must book their first appointment online.

All clients must put a credit card on file to hold all appointment's.

Client must fill out intake form prior to session to receive services.

PRICES POLICY:

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

GRATUITY POLICY:

Prices do not include gratuities.

15%-20% gratuity is standard based on the full value of the service. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final & non-refundable.

All  promotional offers expire 120 days after the date of purchase and are Non-Refundable.

All full value services expire a year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

 

The following additional terms and conditions apply:

Gift Cards/Gift Certificates  & Specials can only be redeemed for full value services and may not be combined with Memberships, Groupons, Gift Cards, Certificates, Vouchers, Specials or Promotions and may and can not be given to another person. Nor may they be used as a membership payment, for taxes, tips, or other gratuities. 

If the client fails to redeem the Gift Card/Certificate by the specified redemption date, the client may use the value of the purchase toward other full value services for up to one year from the date of purchase. All offers subject to availability.

Policy

SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY:

Please notify our Spa Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

No Show Policy

1st Time No Show – It’s on us! No worries… We all get busy and forget.

2nd Time No Show – 50% due. We’re sad you missed your appointment… As a favor, we will only charge you half.

3rd Time No Show – 100% due. We missed you! But our practitioners have been waiting… Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee will apply.

As a courtesy, we will email and text confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.

48 hour notice for group and package bookings  is required for all package cancellations.  We reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the service should this policy be disregarded.

If for any reason WWC needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT

 

  • Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.

  • Remember to rest and drink water before and after a massage or fitness session.

  • 1 & 2 hour street parking is available

Policy Reminders:
We reserve the right to charge for missed/late appointments. We appreciate your cooperation in changing appointments with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please call and leave a message or email as soon as possible if you're running late, or are otherwise unable to make it, so we can revise our schedules accordingly and allow clients on our waiting list to get on the schedule to fill your spot. If you do arrive late, we may not be able to provide a full session, but the full rate may be charged.
